Occupational Therapist (OT) – Outpatient Services

Location: Colton, California
Employment Type: Temporary
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (may vary by about an hour)

Job Description

• Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting.
• Work within a multidisciplinary team to support patient rehabilitation and recovery.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current outpatient Occupational Therapist experience.
• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California.
• Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Submission must include:

  • Work history demonstrating OT skills.
  • One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment.
  • License verification and all certifications current at time of submission.
  • Permanent address included in submission file.
  • Return to Office (RTO) information included.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel experience as an Occupational Therapist is highly preferred but not required.
