• ER RN (Critical Care)
• Cerner charting
• ER patient ratio: 4:1

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Texas
• ED - Emergency Department (2 years of experience)
• ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• Experience in an Acute Care setting
• BLS, PALS, ACLS, CPI, and NIHSS required prior to start
• NIH Stroke Certification required within 6 months of start
• State license verification required
• NURSYS verification required
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Tdap or Td vaccine required
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 3 months of start
• Positive titers required for Rubeola, Mumps, Rubella, Hepatitis B, and Varicella; if negative, current vaccine series or declination required
• Initial series of COVID vaccines or medical/religious exemption required
• Flu vaccine or declination required for seasonal compliance
• Employment application required
• Photo ID required
• E-Verify required
• Background check required within 30 days of start and updated annually
• SAM and OIG checks required
• Pharmacology exam required
• Unit competency exam required
• Facility-specific onboarding documents and acknowledgements required prior to clearance
