Role

• Travel/Contract Registered Nurse in Dubois, Pennsylvania
• 13-week assignment
• Day and night shifts available: 3x12 hours

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Pennsylvania
• Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
• Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Compliance / Health Requirements

• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Tdap within the past 10 years
• Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity/documentation
• Negative 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• COVID vaccine or facility-specific declination
• Flu vaccine or facility-specific declination during flu season
• Breathalyzer test within 30 days of start is not required for DuBois
