OT Outpatient

Role Overview

• Travel/Contract assignment in Plains, Montana
• Start date: 11/16
• Day shift: 4x10 hours, 8:00–18:30
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend requirement: every 3rd weekend
• First-time travelers accepted
• Locals accepted
• RTO limit: 6 days maximum
• On-call not required
• Pending state license accepted if an ETA from licensing is provided

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Montana
• Occupational Therapist (2 years of experience)
• Occupational Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• 7-year background check required within 1 year of start, including all name changes
• EPLS/GSA/SAM required annually
• HHS/OIG required annually
• State license verification
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam, as applicable by profession
• Competency Exam, as applicable by profession/specialty
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• N95 fit test within 12 months of start
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years of start
• Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Rubeola (Measles) documentation
• Mumps documentation
• Rubella documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Varicella documentation
• Negative 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccine or declination during flu season
• Skills Checklist 1 required annually

• Serves Sanders County residents in outpatient, inpatient, home visits, long term care, and swing bed program
• Total staffed beds: 15
