CCU Registered Nurse

Job Overview

• Location: Bellevue, Washington
• Employment type: Travel/Contract
• Shift: Nights, 3x12 hours
• Contract length: 13 weeks
• Start dates: 8/17, 8/31, 9/21
• Schedule notes: No block schedules; 5 days or less of RTO

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Washington
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• CVICU (2 years of experience)
• CVICU experience within the last year
• CCU - Coronary Care experience
• Open-heart surgery patient recovery experience
• Experience with Epic
• NIHSS
• ACLS issued by American Heart Association
• BLS issued by American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with devices such as Balloon and Impella

Compliance / Onboarding

• Government-issued photo ID
• Social Security number must be provided
• Background check covering all locations lived/worked/in school in the past 7 years
• Two satisfactory references from previous employers within the last year
• Employment application copy
• Washington state court and statewide background searches
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation
• Drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or facility-specific declination
• Tdap vaccine is highly preferred or declination

• Candidate modules are assigned after orientation and must be completed promptly
• Facility-specific review/signature documents are required during onboarding
