Schedule: Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Perform duties as a CT Technologist during the specified dayshift weekend hours.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio.
• Minimum of 1 year of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year.
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• Must meet all professional credentialing and background requirements including:

  • Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years, including SSN verification).
  • Education verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED).
  • Exclusion screenings (EPLS, OIG, NSO) dated within 30 days of start.
  • Signed confidentiality, conflict of interest, code of conduct, integrity and audit services forms.
  • System access form completed and uploaded one week before start.
  • Trinity profile submission including resume, skills checklist (within one year), and two professional references.

Health and Safety Requirements

• Fit Test (required before onboarding).
• 2 Step PPD or IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) with chest x-ray if positive TB as per regional guidelines.
• COVID-19 vaccine proof including booster or approved declination/exemption (declination not accepted in CA or IL).
• MMR vaccination proof (2 doses or IgG titer).
• Hepatitis B vaccination series initiated prior to start (titers not accepted).
• Varicella vaccination proof (1 dose or IgG titer).
• Physical/Health statement from exam within the last year confirming fitness to work.
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (specific drugs tested listed in credential details).
• Influenza vaccine proof or declination/exemption (optional, with restrictions in CA and IL).
• Color vision test (required before onboarding).

Additional Notes

• All documentation must be uploaded into the credentialing system prior to or at onboarding as specified.
• Specialty competency and skills checklists are provided by the agency for clinical contractors.

This position requires adherence to all credentialing, health, and compliance standards prior to start.
