Position Details
- Shift: 3 x 12-hour night shifts
- Unit: Very busy Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

- MMR vaccination or proof of immunity
- Influenza vaccine required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30)
- TB test documentation within 3 months of start date (skin test or blood test)
- Health statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within past 12 months
- Hepatitis B vaccination or immunity strongly preferred
- Tdap vaccine within last 10 years preferred
- Respirator Medical Clearance attestation required
Background & Compliance Checks
- Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start
- Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start
- Social Security Number trace for past 7 years
- National sex offender registry check within 30 days prior to start
- Exclusion checks (OIG, GSA, MassHealth, NH Medicaid) within 30 days prior to start
- Education verification through background check company
Additional Notes
- No religious or medical exemptions allowed for flu vaccine or fit testing
- All documentation must be current and updated if there is a break in employment greater than 6 months
- Photo ID badge with specific photo requirements needed for onboarding
This position is ideal for experienced Registered Respiratory Therapists comfortable working night shifts in a high-acuity NICU setting. Compliance with all credentialing, health, and background requirements is mandatory.
