Overview

Specialty: RN Outpatient Surgery/Day Surgery
Location: Ithaca, New York
Employment type: LTA
Contract length: 13 weeks

Schedule / Call

On-call requirement is roughly 3–4 weeknight calls and one 24-hour weekend call in an 8-week period.
Call hours: weeknights 9p–7a; weekends 7a–7a.
Holiday call required.
Shifts range from 6a–6:30p, 7a–7:30p, 8a–8:30a, and 9a–9:30a.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care (2 years of experience)
PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
BLS
PALS
ACLS
Nursys verification completed within 30 days prior to start
Pharmacology Exam
Rhythm Interpretation Exam
