Job Description

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical/Surgical
• Employment Type: Travel assignment
• Facility: Hospital setting in Wichita, KS

Required Qualifications

Licensure

• Must hold a current, valid RN license for Kansas with primary source verification within 30 days prior to assignment start.
• Nursys verification required within 30 days prior to start.

Certifications

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association) required.
• MOAB Moderate Risk certification required.
• NIH Certification (updated every 2 years).
• Ascension Core Competencies including HIPAA, Joint Commission, NPSG, OSHA topics with minimum 80% passing score.
• Ascension EKG Exam with a passing score of at least 80%.

Health and Safety Requirements

• Criminal background check including Social Security Trace, OIG Search, National Sex Offender Registry, and other required screenings within 30 days of assignment start.
