Required Qualifications

• California RN license
• CPR certification
• At least 3 years of recent RN experience
• At least 2 years of recent RN experience in a specialty area
• Strong charge RN experience

Role Summary

• Provides individualized, age-specific nursing care using the nursing process
• Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care
• Coordinates care with patients, families, and the healthcare team
• Advocates for patients and families
• Documents care and patient responses
• Supports patient and family education
• Delegates and assigns care within scope and competency
