Overview

Location: Bronx, New York
Employment type: Acute - Allied
Contract length: 14 weeks
Hours: 35 per week, 7 per day

Required qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Five (5) years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Case Management (5 years of experience)
Case Management experience within the last year
Experience with Care Coordination
Experience with Discharge Planning
Utilization Review (InterQual)
Utilization Review experience
ED - Emergency Department experience
Care Manager experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Preferred qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing
Leadership experience
Case Management Certification

Additional notes
