CT Technologist (Diagnostic Imaging) - Contract

Location: Greenbrae, California
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Four 10-hour shifts per week (day/evening), every other weekend, no overnight shifts
Hours per Week: 40 hours

Job Description

• Perform CT imaging with a strong understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology.
• Maintain high accuracy in patient positioning and exposure techniques.
• Serve as the primary liaison between patients, radiologists, and support team members.
• Apply professional and ethical judgment and critical thinking in all duties.
• Up to 36 hours of on-call availability may be required during the assignment (no additional cost to the facility).
• Candidates must be able to start within 2 weeks of the requested start date.

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in California
• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience, including experience within the last year
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Current Peripheral Vascular Access Certification

Additional Information

• Weekend work required every other weekend.
• No overnight shifts.
