• 42 beds
• Staffing ratio: 2 nurses during days/evenings and 1 nurse at night
• Common patient types include long-term care, memory care, dementia, and orthopedics
• No current behavioral risks noted

Schedule

• Every other weekend
• Every other holiday
• Shifts may be 8 or 12 hours
• Primarily 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in South Dakota
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• 2 years of Long Term Care experience
• Long Term Care experience within the last year
• Experience in a Long Term Care setting
• BLS certification
• Experience with PointClickCare

• Local rates apply within 80 miles or if using housing
• No charge differential
• No on-call or call-back available or billable
• Backouts and quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a fee
• Location-specific orientation includes building orientation and lifts, about 2–4 hours
