Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (IMC/PCU) - Travel/Contract

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Contract Length: 12 weeks (3x12 days shifts)
Unit: Intermediate Care (IMC) / Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Charting System: Epic
Total Staffed Beds: 24
Average Daily Census: 24

Job Description

Provide nursing care in IMC/PCU setting.
Must be able to float within scope to meet facility needs, including sister facilities.
No block scheduling accommodations.
Local candidates not accepted (must live more than 75 miles from facility).
No pending state licenses accepted.
Return to Office (RTO) restrictions: no more than 5 days.

Required Qualifications & Compliance

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma.
Minimum 2 years of Intermediate Care experience, including experience within the last year.
Experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
Telemetry experience.
One year or more of total travel nursing experience.
BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Completion of EKG Course or Telemetry Test.
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
