Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse (IMC/PCU) - Travel/Contract
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Contract Length: 12 weeks (3x12 days shifts)
Unit: Intermediate Care (IMC) / Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Charting System: Epic
Total Staffed Beds: 24
Average Daily Census: 24
Job Description
- Provide nursing care in IMC/PCU setting.
- Must be able to float within scope to meet facility needs, including sister facilities.
- No block scheduling accommodations.
- Local candidates not accepted (must live more than 75 miles from facility).
- No pending state licenses accepted.
- Return to Office (RTO) restrictions: no more than 5 days.
Required Qualifications & Compliance
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Oklahoma.
- Minimum 2 years of Intermediate Care experience, including experience within the last year.
- Experience in Progressive Care Unit (PCU).
- Telemetry experience.
- One year or more of total travel nursing experience.
- BLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- ACLS certification issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Completion of EKG Course or Telemetry Test.
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
