Job Details

Employment Type: Travel/Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5 days a week, 8 hours per day)
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
Orientation: 12 hours
Work includes rotating weekends and holidays

Required Qualifications

Valid Physical Therapist license in Ohio
Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
