Job Details
- Employment Type: Travel/Contract
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day shift, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (5 days a week, 8 hours per day)
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Orientation: 12 hours
- Work includes rotating weekends and holidays
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Ohio
- Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapist experience, including experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
