Occupational Therapist - Travel/Contract

Location: Durango, Colorado

Job Description

• Position involves providing occupational therapy services in a school setting.
• Contract type: Travel/Contract with an extension option.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for Colorado.
• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification may be required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA or ARC) required.
• Must complete and maintain annual Orientation Safety Manual Acknowledgement.
• Completion of Colorado Special Services Provider license (SSP) may be required; if not qualified, Temporary Educator Eligibility (TEE) may be supported by the client.

• Background checks including criminal history, EPLS/GSA/SAM, and HHS/OIG must be current within 1 year and updated annually.
• License verification will be conducted twice: upon receipt of assignment and 30 days prior to start.
