Job Opportunity: ICU Registered Nurse (Travel/Contract)

Criminal Background Check (7-year search, including statewide, nationwide, and international if applicable)
EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks (quarterly updates required)

Drug Testing (within 1 year, must include specific panels)

Immunizations and Health Documents:

Additional Notes

Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work autonomously in a small ICU setting.
Floating to other units may be required within scope of practice.
Prior travel experience is not explicitly required for this position.
Returning candidates to the same role/unit/facility may have some background/license approvals carried over.
Orientation modules are required for all RNs and LVNs unless completed within the last 6 months or 1 year as specified.
