Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Home Health (1 year of experience)
Home Health experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Experience working with Geriatric patients
Experience with OASIS
Experience with Homecare Homebase
License in hand
First timers not accepted
Must be flexible with territory
Driver’s license/state ID required
Background check required within 1 year of start and updated annually
EPLS/GSA/SAM required prior to facility start
HHS/OIG required prior to facility start
State license verification required prior to facility start and upon expiration
NURSYS verification required prior to facility start
Medication test/pharmacology competency exam required
Competency exam required
Photo for badge required within 72 hours of signing
Copy of auto insurance required
Physical exam within the last 12 months of start
Negative TB or chest X-ray required
TB questionnaire required annually when applicable
Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella documentation required
Drug testing required
Flu vaccination or declination required during flu season
2 professional references within 3 years of hire
