Job Overview

• Travel/contract role in Southbridge, Massachusetts
• Full-time schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• 13-week assignment with possible extension
• Start date: 10/5

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Massachusetts
• Experience in an inpatient setting

Schedule

• Day shift, 5x8 hours
• 40 hours per week

Compliance / Onboarding

• Government-issued photo ID
• Background check
• Massachusetts Nurse Aide Registry search
• Massachusetts statewide iCORI clearance attestation
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit test within the past year
• Tdap within the past 10 years
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days of start
• Immunity documentation or vaccination proof for measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccine documentation or facility-specific declination
• COVID vaccine or facility-specific declination
