Required Qualifications

• Valid Cath Lab Technologist license in Kentucky
• Cath Lab Technologist experience within the last year
• 2 years of Cath Lab Technologist experience
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• ARRT
• Driver's License

Job Details

• Monday through Friday with 1 rotating weekday off each week
• Call required: 8–15 days per month and 1 weekend every 3 weeks
• Must respond within 30 minutes for STEMI alerts
• Float required within scope of practice
• 2 Cath Labs with rotation in the EP Lab
• 8–10 procedures per day
• 6–8 STEMI cases per month
• EP experience is preferred
• Cross-trained in EP ablations; training available
• Work includes diagnostic and interventional cardiology cases, device support, and implants including pacemakers and ICDs

Additional Notes

• Must live 75+ miles from the facility
• Assignment confirmation is due within 24 hours of offer
• Current valid driver’s license must be submitted with the application
• Scrubs and lead apron are provided
• Orientation is held bi-weekly
