Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Travel Contract

Location

  • New Orleans, Louisiana

Schedule

  • Night shift
  • 4x12 hours
  • 18:30–07:00
  • Every other weekend required
  • Holidays required
  • No call
  • No float
  • Maximum 5 days of requested time off

Contract Length

  • 8 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Louisiana
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
  • BLS issued by American Heart Association
  • ACLS issued by American Heart Association
  • RRT

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Epic

Work Environment / Equipment

  • Nitric oxide therapy
  • ECMO
  • Bedside bronchoscopies
  • Ventilators: Puritan Bennett 840 and 980
  • BiPAP: Philips V60
  • Transport vents: Pneutron, Newport, and Parapac

Additional Notes

  • Gray scrubs required
