Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Warrensville Heights, Ohio
• Day shift: 4x10 hours, 7:00–17:30
• 13-week contract

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months recent OR experience
• 12 months permanent OR experience prior to travel
• Scrubbing and circulating experience
• AHA BLS

Role Details

• The role includes scrubbing and circulating cases
• Case mix includes robotic, GU, GYN, and General
• Takes call on nights and weekends
• Accurate counts and specimen handling are part of the role

Preferred Qualifications

• CNOR
• TNCC

Additional Requirements

• Government-issued photo ID
• Background check prior to start
• EPLS/GSA/SAM monthly
• HHS/OIG monthly
• Fingerprinting within 48 hours of signed contract
• Education verification
• State license verification within 30 days of start
• Nursys verification within 30 days of start
• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit mask within 12 months of start
• Tdap vaccination
• Negative TB or chest X-ray
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, hepatitis B, and drug testing requirements apply
• Flu documentation required seasonally
• Eye exam within 1 year
• 2 references required
• Employment application with prior work history
• Skills checklist required annually
