ICU Registered Nurse

Overview

  • Travel/contract role in Ontario, Ohio
  • Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
  • 36 hours per week
  • Contract length: 15 weeks

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Ohio
  • ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
  • ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
  • One completed travel assignment
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience in a(n) Acute Care setting

Schedule Expectations

  • Submit time-off requests in advance, with no more than 7 days requested
  • Must make up missed shifts
  • If scheduled to work during requested time off, coverage must be arranged
  • If placed on call, must return to the facility within 1 hour

Additional Notes

  • Typical staffing ratio: 3:1
