Required Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist with 2 years of experience
Certified Surgical Technologist experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
NBSTSA or NCCT
Completion of a surgical technology program

Epic charting is used
Background check required, including a 7-year background check within 6 months of start
Sex offender search required within 90 days of start
Education verification required unless highest education level is high school
TB screening questionnaire required within 90 days of start and renewed annually
Physical exam required within 1 year of start
Fit test required within 1 year of start and renewed annually
Negative 9-panel drug screen required within 6 months of start
Flu vaccination documentation or declination required during flu season
Unit-specific skills checklist required
Full 7 years of work history must be included in the application with no gaps
