Job Overview

• Travel/contract role in Pinehurst, North Carolina
• Inpatient rehab setting
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Day shift, 5x8 hours, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• 11-week contract
• May float to acute care or other like specialty units
• ASAP start

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in North Carolina
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year

Compliance / Onboarding

• Government-issued photo ID required
• Background check required
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check required
• HHS/OIG check required
• State license verification required
• NURSYS verification required, as applicable
• NPI number required and verified before start
• Color blind testing required
• Competency exam required, as applicable
• Dysrhythmia/EKG competency exam required
• Two clinical references required
• Complete application/resume required
• Skills checklist required annually

Health Requirements

• Physical exam required within 1 year of start
• Tdap required within 10 years of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray required
• TB questionnaire required if there is a history of past positive TB
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation required
• 10-panel drug screen required within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption required during flu season

Additional Notes

• Photo identification must be carried on person during hours of service
• Modules must be completed before start
• If a flu exemption is approved, a mask is required in all patient care areas
