NICU Registered Nurse

Job Overview

Travel/contract role in Madison, Wisconsin
13-week assignment
12-hour day/night shifts
Schedule includes Monday through Friday with 2–3 weekends per 6-week scheduling period

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (2 years of experience)
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with post-op patients
G-tube management experience
Trach/vent management experience
Experience with various modes of invasive and noninvasive ventilation

Schedule

Day shift: 7:00am–7:30pm
Night shift: 7:00pm–7:30am

2 clinical references within the last 3 years

Drug screen
TB screening and questionnaire
Immunization or exemption documentation may be required for MMR, varicella, hepatitis B, flu, and Tdap
