ICU RN Travel Contract

Overview

  • Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts
  • Employment type: Travel/Contract
  • Schedule: Night shift, 3x12 hours
  • Weekly hours: 36
  • Contract length: 26 weeks
  • Weekend requirement: Every third weekend

Required Qualifications

  • Valid RN license in Massachusetts
  • ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
  • ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
  • Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
  • Experience with Epic

Key Job Details

  • ICU RN role
  • Float to the ED for boarders as needed
  • Patient ratio: 1:2
  • Epic experience is required

Orientation / Compliance Notes

  • Two pass/fail exams are required at orientation: medication and telemetry
  • Each exam allows one attempt
  • Failure of either exam results in immediate contract cancellation
  • Study materials will be provided before orientation
