Overview

• Travel/Contract role in Pomona, California
• Observation Unit
• Day shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00–19:30
• 36 hours per week
• Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in California
• Telemetry (3 years of experience)
• Telemetry experience within the last year
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
• NIHSS
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing

Scheduling / Assignment Notes

• Max 5 days RTO
• No blocked scheduling

Additional Compliance / Start Requirements

• Current/valid driver’s license or state ID with front and back copies
• Background check within 30 days of start, covering the last 7 years
• EPLS/GSA/SAM within 30 days prior to start
• HHS/OIG within 30 days prior to start
• Education verification
• California Medi-Cal exclusion search within 30 days prior to start
• Primary source verification of state license within 30 days of start
• NURSYS verification
• Annual medication test/pharmacology competency exam with minimum score of 80%
• Annual competency exam with minimum score of 80%
• Signed COVID-19 exposure questionnaire prior to start
• COVID-19 vaccination declination form if declining the seasonal vaccine
• Badge photo uploaded within 72 hours of signing
• Systems access request form within 24 hours of signing
