Job Description

• Perform CT imaging procedures efficiently and safely for patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics.
• Apply critical thinking skills during imaging exams.
• Recognize and respond appropriately to emergent situations.
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records.
• Utilize imaging and hospital computer systems correctly.
• Interact professionally with physicians, team members, patients, and families.
• Access medications as appropriate for job duties.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals.
• Maintain and demonstrate proficiency in required skills, including ongoing skill improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of CT experience.
• Prior travel experience: At least 1 year of previous travel experience required.
• ARRT certification.
• BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
• Experience with pediatric to geriatric patient populations.
• Level I trauma experience.
• Experience with EPIC electronic health record system.
• MN DHS Net Study and Fingerprinting clearance (required for all patient-facing roles).
• Must provide:

  • Work history.
  • Skills checklist current within 1 year, relevant to CT specialty.
  • Two supervisory reference forms from the last two years.
• Candidates not eligible to work in the USA must note this on their profile.

Additional Information

• Agency supplies traveler dosimetry badge for the duration of the assignment.
• Dress code: Khaki scrubs.
• Nonbillable hours: 4 hours.
• Local traveler policy applies for candidates living within 35 miles of the facility.
• Strict compliance deadline for credential submission: 4 pm on the Wednesday before assignment start (no exceptions).
• Clinicians must list prior work history with the health system or related entities on their resume.
