Registered Nurse – Cardiac Surgical ICU Contract
Location
- New York, New York
Contract Details
- Contract length: 9 weeks
- Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
- Schedule includes weekends; every other weekend is required
- Hours per week: 34.5
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit (2 years of experience)
- ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Preferred Qualifications
- EPIC experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Associate degree in nursing may be considered with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN program
Role Overview
- Provides safe, competent nursing care to assigned patients
- Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team on care planning and patient management
- Supports patient education, quality improvement, safety, and documentation
- May perform charge nurse duties as assigned
