Job Summary

• Plan, evaluate, organize, and implement Occupational Therapy treatment programs for patients from birth to adulthood.
• Complete patient evaluations and reassessments following departmental guidelines.
• Develop individualized plans of care with measurable long- and short-term goals in collaboration with patients and families.
• Perform patient care within scope of training and demonstrate advanced clinical competencies in specialty area.
• Manage schedule to meet productivity expectations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and coordinate treatment plans.
• Monitor patient responses and recommend adaptive equipment or treatment termination as appropriate.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote quality care.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Texas.
• Occupational Therapist (2 years of experience).
• Occupational Therapist experience within the last year.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience working with Pediatric patients.
• 2 years of experience with children birth to 21 with neuromotor diagnoses including but not limited to Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Brachial Plexus, Down Syndrome, and genetic diagnoses.
