Role Overview

Expected ratio: 1:4–5

Schedule Expectations

Float: May float to Pediatric Intensive Care, Neonatal Intensive Care, and Continuing Care Nursery
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
Holiday requirement: Every other holiday
On-call: Not required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Massachusetts
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Pediatrics (2 years of experience)
Pediatrics experience within the last year
PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care experience
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience

Clinical Setting

Fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
Cares for medical, surgical, oncology, trauma, orthopedic, and behavioral health patients
