Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab

Location: Hershey, Pennsylvania
Employment Type: Long Term
Contract Length: 14 weeks

Job Description

Start Date: ASAP, Tuesday start
Work Schedule: 4 shifts per week, 10 hours each, daytime
Expected Weekly Hours: 40
Weekend Work: Only on-call
On-Call Responsibilities: Heart alerts, STEMIs, and vascular emergencies
Dress Code: Scrub tops and bottoms, no color preference
Parking: No fees

Required Qualifications

Cath Lab Technologist with at least 1 year of experience, including experience within the last year
BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or ARRT (CI or VI) license
Experience scrubbing diagnostic and interventional coronary procedures
Experience scrubbing structural heart procedures
Experience scrubbing pulmonary thrombectomy procedures
Ability to pan fluoroscopic equipment table and operate diagnostic and interventional equipment such as IVUS, OCT, Rotoblator, CSI, and Shockwave

Required Skills

Experience scrubbing diagnostic and interventional coronary/cath lab procedures
Experience with structural heart procedures and pulmonary thrombectomy procedures
Ability to pan fluoroscopic equipment table
Operation of diagnostic and interventional equipment such as IVUS, OCT, Rotoblator, CSI, Shockwave
