Respiratory Therapist

Location

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Contract

13 weeks

Schedule

Day/evening 12-hour shifts
36 hours per week
Every other weekend
No on-call

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Pennsylvania
Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience)
Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
Neonatal/pediatric respiratory care experience

Responsibilities

Assess, treat, care for, and evaluate patients with respiratory disorders under licensed medical direction
Administer therapeutic respiratory care procedures
Perform diagnostic respiratory procedures
Complete required documentation, including charting, billing, IPOC, and patient/family education
Provide instruction to patients and other members of the healthcare team
Perform other assigned duties
