RN Surgery

Overview

• Travel RN role in the Operating Room
• Specialty: Circulator
• 1 opening
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• On-call weekends/holidays, up to 8 days per month, with a 30-minute response time
• May be asked to float within the department
• 6 Operating Rooms and 2 Endoscopy suites
• Patient population includes infant, peds, adult, and geriatric

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Kentucky
• Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
• ACLS
• BLS
• PALS
• OR Circulate experience within the last year
• 2 years of OR Circulate experience
• Ability to circulate service lines independently (Ortho, General Surgery, ENT, Cataracts, OB/GYN, Urology, Endoscopy)

Additional Details

• Orientation is weekly on Mondays
• Must be 60 miles or greater to be considered travel
• Must change into hospital supplied scrubs; navy scrubs are listed as the scrub color
