Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Location: South Weymouth, Massachusetts
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Rotating night shift
Hours per Week: 40 hours

Job Description

Work in the Birthing Unit on the night shift
Schedule includes two 12-hour shifts (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) and two 8-hour shifts (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.) per week
Must have 2 years of circulating experience in labor and delivery

Required Certifications

BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
Recent EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification at least intermediate level

Preferred Certifications (Not Required)

Advanced Life Support for Obstetrics
Perinatal NCC Certifications (Maternal Newborn Nursing - Level I and Postpartum or Inpatient Obstetric Nursing - Labor and Birth)
First Latch (breastfeeding certification)

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license appropriate for Massachusetts
Minimum 2 years of circulating experience in labor and delivery

Additional Notes
