Respiratory Therapist - Night Shift (Contract)

Location

Hilo, Hawaii

Contract Length

15 weeks

Schedule

Night Shift: 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
Three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours total)
No guarantee of hours

Job Description

Provide continuous airway management
Manage ventilators and non-invasive ventilator support (PB 980, PB 840, V60, Para Pac Transport Vent)
Perform physician consulting and CPR
Deliver all aspects of respiratory care
Use computerized charting and Pyxis medication management systems
Care for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients

Required Qualifications

Valid Respiratory Therapist license in Hawaii
Respiratory Therapist experience with 2 years of experience
Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
BLS (Basic Life Support)
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
Experience working with adult patients
Experience working with pediatric patients
Experience working with neonate patients
Respiratory Technician experience
