Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift
Location: York, Maine
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 hours (3 shifts of 12 hours each)
Shift: Night shift (7:00 pm to 7:30 am), with occasional variable shifts (1:00 pm to 1:30 am) based on census
Call: No call required
Job Description
- Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department during night shifts.
- Must be able to perform charge nurse duties and preceptor responsibilities.
- Enjoy work-life balance with no on-call requirements and proximity to local beaches.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maine.
- Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
- Experience in charge nurse roles.
- Preceptor experience.

- Accurate and timely completion of timecards is mandatory; improper submissions will be rejected.
