Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Location: York, Maine
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Hours per Week: 36 hours (3 shifts of 12 hours each)
Shift: Night shift (7:00 pm to 7:30 am), with occasional variable shifts (1:00 pm to 1:30 am) based on census
Call: No call required

Job Description

Provide nursing care in the Emergency Department during night shifts.
Must be able to perform charge nurse duties and preceptor responsibilities.
Enjoy work-life balance with no on-call requirements and proximity to local beaches.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Maine.
Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Department (ED) nursing experience, including experience within the last year.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
Experience in charge nurse roles.
Preceptor experience.

Additional Information

Accurate and timely completion of timecards is mandatory; improper submissions will be rejected.
