Registered Nurse (MedSurg Swing)

Location: Corning, Iowa
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Nights (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
Hours: 12-hour shifts, approximately 36 hours per week
Schedule: Nights with some day shifts varying; every other weekend required

Job Summary

Swing RN role in a critical access setting
Emergency Department (ED) experience preferred but not required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Iowa
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Med Surg (2 years of experience)
Med Surg experience within the last year
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
BLS issued by American Heart Association

Additional Information

Must comply with a 50-mile radius rule verified by driver's license
Artificial nails are prohibited in all patient care areas; refusal to remove will result in contract termination
Interview process is facility-only with no clinical involvement
Applicants who have worked permanently or PRN must wait 12 months before applying as a traveler with this health system
