• Shift: Evenings
• Hours per day: 8
• Hours per week: 36
• Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
• Holiday requirement: Every other holiday
• Shift length: Primarily 8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts possible

Facility & Patient Population

• Facility size: 43 beds
• Facility type: Two-story long-term care/skilled nursing facility
• Patient population: Primarily dementia patients
• EMR system: Matrix and paper flowsheets

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Minnesota
• Minimum 2 years of skilled nursing experience, including experience within the last year
• BLS Certification
• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Additional Information

• No IV care required for LPNs (not applicable for RN role)
• No on-call or call-back shifts available or billable
• Agency must have active Minnesota SNSA registration
• Backouts or quits with less than 14 days’ notice incur a $500 fee
