Assignment Details

• LTA contract, 13 weeks
• Shift: 8:00am–4:30pm
• One 9:30am–6:00pm shift every 4 weeks on Thursday
• Every 4th weekend
• One full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) 8:00am–4:30pm every 4 weeks on a rotation
• Wednesday before and Monday after the scheduled weekend are off as schedule adjust days to maintain 40 hours
• Must be available to work Thanksgiving or Christmas this holiday season

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in Michigan
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• 1 year of Physical Therapist experience
• BLS issued by American Heart Association
• Resume
• Skills checklist within a year
• 2 professional references

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic experience
