Required Qualifications
- Valid Cytotechnologist license in Florida
- Cytotechnologist experience within the last year
- 1 year of Cytotechnologist experience
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Driver's License
- Fingerprinting
- License/certificate verification dated within 30 days of start
Onboarding Requirements
- Tdap within the past 10 years
- 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start
- COVID-19 vaccine documentation, declination, or exemption as allowed
- MMR immunity or vaccination documentation
