Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Location: Kansas City, Kansas
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Night shift (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
Specialty: Telemetry Nursing (RN Telemetry I)
Position Type: PRN (as needed)

Job Description

Provide telemetry nursing care during night shifts.
Monitor cardiac telemetry and respond to patient needs accordingly.

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas
Minimum 1 year of Med Surg / Telemetry nursing experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification issued by American Heart Association or Red Cross
NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
Workplace Violence Prevention (DCI/BVP) certification
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
