Radiation Therapist (Temp) – Fort Dodge, IA

• Hours per Day: 7
• Weekly Hours: 36-40 hours/week (overtime billable after 40 hours)
• Orientation: Every Monday
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC
• Floating: May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses

Job Description

• Provide and manage patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Utilize professional and clinical knowledge in radiation therapy.
• Preferred experience with Varian True Beam (willing to teach if needed).

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of current Radiation Therapy experience.
• ARRT certification.
• BLS certification.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Work history/resume.
• Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission.
• License verification.
• Copy of required certifications.
• One supervisory reference required at time of submission.
• Must have a taxable address located more than 50 miles from the facility.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous travel experience preferred.

Additional Information

• Night and weekend call back and on-call pay multipliers apply.
• OT/Holiday pay multiplier: 1.15x
• Call back pay multiplier: 1.5x with 2-hour minimum
• On-call pay: hourly rate
• Charge/Precept pay available
