Physical Therapist — Outpatient

Job Overview

• Travel/contract role in Pinehurst, North Carolina
• 13-week assignment
• Day shift, Monday–Friday
• 40 hours per week
• Outpatient clinic setting
• One-on-one patient care
• Typical caseload: 8–10 patients per 8-hour shift

Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in North Carolina
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• Experience in an Outpatient setting

Required Documents and Screening

• Government-issued photo ID
• Background check covering the past 7 years of residences, work, and school history
• Social Security trace
• County, nationwide, and national sex offender searches
• International background searches if the candidate has lived or worked outside the U.S. in the last 7 years
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Two clinical references, with at least one from a supervisor or higher
• Completed application and resume
• Skills checklist
• Physical exam
• Tdap within 10 years of start
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• TB questionnaire if there is a history of positive TB
• Measles, mumps, rubella, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation
• 10-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccine or approved medical/religious exemption during flu season

Training and Compliance

• Facility modules must be completed before start
• Color blind testing required
• Competency exam required as applicable to the specialty
• Annual orientation safety manual acknowledgement
• Annual skills checklist
