Required Qualifications

• Valid Pharmacist license in New Mexico
• Pharmacist experience within the last year
• One completed travel assignment
• BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Experience in an Inpatient setting
• Pharmacist (2 years of experience)

Required Certifications / Compliance

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• NRP
• TNCC
• Core Part I, II, and III with passing score of at least 80%
• Medication Test / Pharmacology Competency Exam
• Competency Exam
• Government-issued photo ID
• E-Verify proof or attestation
• Background check
• EPLS/GSA/SAM check
• HHS/OIG check
• Physical exam within 12 months of start
• Negative TB screening or chest X-ray
• Tdap within the past 10 years
• Measles, mumps, rubella, and varicella immunity documentation
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Drug screen
• Flu vaccination or facility declination
• COVID declination form if declining vaccination
• 2 clinical references
• Resume / application with 7-year work history
