Job Details
- Location: Portland, Oregon
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Start date: ASAP, any Monday
- Shift: Nights, Thursday–Saturday, 3x12 hours
- Hours per week: 36
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Weekend requirement: Every weekend
- Holiday requirement: Must work holidays that fall on the normal shift
- On-call: Not anticipated
- Floating: Required within the site and across the system
- Local candidates: Not accepted if living within 50 miles of any Legacy facility
- First-time travelers: Not accepted
- Block scheduling: May be accommodated
- RTO: Finalized RTO must be included with submission; no RTO in the first week; no more than 7 days per assignment
Required Qualifications
- Valid CT Technologist license in Oregon
- CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
- CT Technologist experience within the last year
- One completed travel assignment
- ARRT (CT)
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Siemens CT scanner experience
- IV skills
Additional Notes
- Travelers must complete assigned education within one week of assignment
- Competency exam required for all clinical candidates
- 2 professional references required
- Criminal background check required
- Physical exam required within 1 year before start
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray required within 1 year before start
- Tdap required within 10 years of start, or signed declination
- COVID vaccine documentation or declination required
- Flu vaccine or signed declination required during flu season
- Respirator clearance required
- Measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B, and varicella immunity/documentation required
- Drug screen required within 12 months of start
- Radiation badge required
