Endoscopy RN

Overview

Travel/contract RN role in Saint Louis, Missouri
13-week assignment
Day shift: 5x8s, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
No call, weekends, or holidays
May occasionally work a late shift if needed
Primary setting is pre-op and post-op recovery for a busy GI lab
May float within the service line
Average daily census: 60 patients

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Endoscopy (2 years of experience)
Endoscopy experience within the last year
One completed travel assignment
Procedure monitoring experience
Experience recovering monitored anesthesia care (MAC) sedation
ACLS
BLS issued by American Heart Association
Experience with Epic

Preferred Qualifications

PACU or ED experience
GI knowledge
Outpatient endoscopy center experience
Pre/post-procedure experience

Clinical Systems

EPIC charting experience required

Additional Notes

Scrub color: navy blue
