Overview
- Contract role in Meeker, Colorado
- Days shift, 8am-5pm
- 40 hours per week
- 13-week contract
Schedule
- Mostly Monday through Friday, 5-8s or 4-10s
- Occasional Saturday work if orthopedic surgery is on Friday
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapist license in Colorado
- Physical Therapist (2 years of experience)
- Physical Therapist experience within the last year
- BLS
Additional Information
- Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 65 miles away from the facility; local travelers will not be considered
- Housing information is available in the facility group document section in Medefis; housing is not available until the day before the scheduled start date and is at additional cost
