Job Opportunity: LPN (LTC) Day Shift, Colorado

Location: Gunnison, Colorado
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Assist and supervise day-to-day nursing activities in the facility.
Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
Work under the direction of the Director of Nursing to maintain high-quality care.

Requirements

Specialty: Nursing (LPN)
Experience: Minimum 3 years in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable institution.
Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Colorado.
- Current BLS certification required.
- IV certification preferred.
Shift: Day shift

Additional Information

Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check required.
Reliable transportation required due to lack of public transportation in rural Gunnison.
